1957 Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing
spare parts and materials in the authorized workshop of the Mercedes Benz dealer in Costa Rica. Formerly owned by Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selasie I and his sucessor Mengistu Haile Mariam, who gave it as a gift to Cuban General Armando Ochoa in recognition for winning the battles against the Somalian Troops in Eritrea and Tigré. Ochoa later took it to Angola, Nicaragua and finally Cuba where it was bought by the actual owner, who is at the same time the owner of the Mercedez Benz dealer in Costa Rica. *The mileage is low since the instruments were completely rebuilt in Germany by the instrument manufacturer VDO.
